Curse of the Red soil is the debut book of the author Durgesh Shastri and i think he has done a good job. It’s was a page turner that kept me hooked till the end.The characters of the book were believable and were realistic.
There was only one thing that i didn’t like about it though. There are parts in book that seem that the author has put just to advertise his sponsors. The characters keep rattling all the information about the history, buildings, and people behind the institutions that didn’t seem natural and were off putting for me.
Apart from it the book was a good thriller that i enjoyed reading. I’ll be looking for other works by him.
